tbaji Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Eligibility

tbaji (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform" or "tbaji") is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") set out the legal framework that applies to use of the tbaji platform.

To be eligible to use tbaji's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You are of sound mind and are agreeing to these terms and conditions voluntarily.
• You may only hold one active account.

These terms and conditions were last updated in January 2026. The terms may change at any time, and continuing to use the platform after any change means you are considered to have accepted the updated terms.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To join the tbaji platform, you need to create an account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Process

• You must register using a valid personal mobile number or email address.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred to or sold to a third party.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password completely confidential.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

tbaji may request identity verification at any time under these terms and conditions. The following documents may be required as part of this process:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

2.3 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity, contact us immediately. tbaji will not be responsible for any loss resulting from misuse of or negligence regarding your account.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All transactions on tbaji are fully secure and protected by SSL encryption. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.
• The deposit amount will be added to your account balance immediately.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

tbaji offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the offer page.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• tbaji offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (you must wager 15 times the bonus amount).
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• To claim the bonus, the deposit must be made within the specified time limit.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds and real money are managed separately.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Violating bonus terms may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.
• Misuse of bonuses across multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• tbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.3 VIP Program

tbaji's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular active participation. VIP benefits and the conditions for tier changes are determined at tbaji's discretion.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play Policy

All games on the tbaji platform are operated with the highest standards of security and fairness. We believe in fair play and ensure equal opportunity for every player.

5.1 Game Outcomes

• All game outcomes are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG).
• Live casino games are broadcast in real time and operated by professional dealers.
• If a game is interrupted due to tbaji or a technical issue, bets are generally returned.

5.2 Sports Betting

• Odds on all bets may change in real time.
• Odds are not changed after a bet has been confirmed.
• If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, action will be taken in accordance with the bet management policy.
• Betting on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other cricket tournaments is part of tbaji's regular offerings.

5.3 System Issues

If incorrect odds or bonuses are displayed due to a technical error, tbaji reserves the right to make corrections. Winnings obtained by taking advantage of such errors may be cancelled.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to protect the integrity of the tbaji platform and the experience of other users:

• Fraud, manipulation, or playing or betting by dishonest means.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, or any script to play.
• Using or sharing another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other players or staff.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

7. Account Closure and Termination

7.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer service. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

7.2 Closure or Suspension by tbaji

tbaji may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Detection of account use by a minor.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there have been no transactions for 12 months or more. An account maintenance fee may apply in cases of prolonged inactivity.

8. Limitation of Liability

tbaji bears limited liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by technical issues, server outages, cyberattacks, or third parties. tbaji will not be liable for the following:

• Loss in a game or bet due to internet connection disruption.
• Theft of account information due to user negligence.
• Outages or delays by third-party payment processors.
• Service suspension or reduction due to legal changes.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, pandemics, or war.

tbaji's maximum liability for any single incident will be limited to the amount held in the user's account at that time.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

tbaji places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. We keep your data secure using SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity technology.
